Customer Reviews
Good deal on a scooter
I was looking for an electric scooter and Unagi had a deal for $150 off the Model One Classic. Seemed like a solid price compared to others I saw. Shipping was free too, which always helps. The scooter itself works well, feels sturdy. For the price I paid, it was definitely worth it. Saved some money and got a good product.
Reliable scooter, consistent service
This is my second Unagi scooter. I bought the E500 a while back and just picked up a Model One Voyager for my spouse. Both times the ordering process was smooth, and delivery was prompt. Their support team was helpful when I had a question about the maintenance plan for my first scooter. It's good to see that they maintain the same level of quality and service. I keep coming back because I know what to expect and they deliver.
Solid scooter, some delivery issues
I got the Model One Voyager last month. Ordering was straightforward on their site, no real hiccups there. Delivery took a bit longer than I expected, about 8 days to get to me in California, which felt a little slow compared to other online purchases I've made recently. The scooter itself is well-built. I really like the design and how lightweight it is. It handles well on my daily route. Had a small question about the battery indicator, and customer support got back to me within a day, which was good. Overall, a quality product, just wish shipping was a tad faster.
Quick shipping, good scooter
Ordered a Model One Voyager. Arrived on time. Scooter works great. No issues. Easy to set up and ride.
Scooter arrived fast
I ordered the Model One Voyager a couple weeks ago. It got here pretty quick, took 5 days to reach Denver, which was nice. Setting it up was easy, just like they said. It rides smooth, and I've been using it for my commute. Really happy with it, makes getting around so much easier.

Anyone know if the 'first month free' deal for the subscription is still going on? Saw it mentioned somewhere but can't find it now.
Thinking of getting the Model One Voyager, but I'm kinda tall, like 6'2". Will I look ridiculous or will it be okay?
